High quality reproduction porcelain pyrogene (match strike). Matches are stored inside the top of the Match Strike with the tips up. The match is struck on the top of the rigged base to light the match. This object is a replica and it respects the proportions and materials used in the early 1900's: fine gilding, high quality porcelain and perfect inscriptions.
Great addition to complete your bistro set !

The match strike is new and has been weathered to look old.

Hand made with inscriptions:
  • Quinquina, Parminee Fres, Mirabelle, Prunelle, Gentiane, Creme de Cassis, Eaux-de-Vie des Baroches printed around the base.
*Kitchen matches not included, but available at most hardware stores.
