Everything you need to drink absinthe the way it was intended to be drinken 100 years ago. Perfect for an individual. is another way of slowly adding sugar and water to your absinthe. It is also sometimes refered to as the Cusenier "Auto Verseur" or see-saw. The balancier is set on top of a glass and a sugar cube and ice water are added inside through the top of the dripper. The sugar and water mixture begins to slowly drip through a small hole located at the bottom of the dripper. Each droplet falls onto the lever which creates a see-saw motion dispensing the sugar water into the glass of absinthe.
