The Wormwood Spoon is our most desired spoon by far. It is also one of the most sought-after spoons to collectors of antique absinthe ware. The grille of the spoon features the grand wormwood plant, the key ingredient in absinthe. Woven through the wormwood plant is a banner which on original antique spoon would sometimes by adorned with an advertisement or sometimes left blank.

We also have over 100 antique absinthe spoons for sale in our store, La Maison d'Absinthe, located in New Orleans' historic French Quarter. We sell all things absinthe and are the first to receive most new absinthe items for the U.S. La Maison d'Absinthe is the only store in the U.S. dedicated solely to absinthe and is adjacent to the Absinthe Museum of America.
