La Maison d'Absinthe Guarantee
At
La Maison d'Absinthe, we stand behind our products, our service and
you, our customer. If for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not
fully satisfied with your product, please do not hesitate to let us
know and we will exchange it or issue you a refund. (Please note that
monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or
refund unless they are damaged).
Shipping Cut-Off Time
Because most
orders ship from our warehouse, located in the Seattle area on the west
coast, the cut-off time to place an express order is 2:00pm, PST.
Standard Shipping
We usually
ship in-stock items within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow 7 days from the
shipping date in order for your order to be delivered. We ship packages
through Federal Express and the U.S. Postal Service.
We cannot ship FedEx Ground or FedEx Express packages to Post Office Box addresses.
Shipping to Canada
We are happy to ship Federal Express only to Canada. This insures that packages are traceable and insured.
Insurance
All of our items are shipped with 100% insurance included free.
Sales Tax
Tax will only be added where applicable, Orleans Parish (9%) and the Great State of Louisiana (4%).
Returns
If a product is
damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately. In the event of
damage, claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please
notify a customer service representative at (253) 397-3053 or toll-free
(877) 899-7647. Keep all original shipping cartons and packaging
materials, as well as the merchandise. UPS or FedEx will not process a
claim for damaged merchandise if ANY original shipping materials are
missing. No returns will be accepted without prior written
authorization and/or a return authorization number provided by La Maison d'Absinthe. Please send all returns to:
